Thermal imaging, included with every mold test

We scan the problem areas with an infrared camera to find wet spots behind walls and ceilings without cutting into them, so the cause of a mold problem gets fixed.

Find the water first

Mold needs moisture. In a dry climate like ours, finding mold usually means finding a leak. An infrared camera shows temperature differences across walls, ceilings and floors. Wet materials read cooler, so a hidden leak often shows up as a distinct shape on the image.

We confirm every suspicious spot with a moisture meter. Infrared shows where to look; the meter confirms what's wet.

Common sources we find in Las Vegas homes

  • AC condensate lines and drain pans overflowing into ceilings and closets
  • Slow leaks at water heaters, supply lines, toilets and shower valves
  • Roof and window leaks after summer monsoon storms
  • Slab leaks showing up as damp flooring or baseboards

What you get

Infrared and regular photos of each finding, moisture readings, and a note on the likely source so your plumber or roofer knows where to start.
