About Las Vegas Mold Test
Licensed Las Vegas inspectors testing homes for mold since 2010.
Larry Perna, a Nevada Master Inspector of Structures with more than 20 years in Las Vegas construction and real estate, founded Las Vegas Mold Test in 2010. Today our team of licensed, mold-certified inspectors is inside homes across the valley every day.
That background matters. A mold test is only as good as the inspector's ability to find where water is getting in, and our team spends every day inside Las Vegas homes looking for exactly that.
How we work
- We test and report. We don't do remediation, so our results aren't tied to selling you a cleanup.
- Every sample goes to an independent lab with a chain-of-custody record.
- Reports explain results in plain English, and we answer follow-up questions by phone for as long as you need.
