When a mold test is worth it
Las Vegas is dry, so mold here almost always starts with a water problem inside the house.

How a test works
Most homes take about 40 minutes on site for three samples, plus about 10 minutes for each extra area. Every sample ships overnight to an independent lab.

Air sampling
Measures airborne spores in each room against an outdoor baseline. The best way to find out whether there's a hidden problem.

A swab or tape lift from a stain, a wall or a belonging, to identify what's growing there.

Included with every test. An infrared camera and moisture meter find wet areas behind walls and ceilings without cutting into them.
